Our new pre-league is designed to educate beginner players on the fundamental skills and strategies of the game of ultimate. Experienced players will lead focused lessons that we will then apply in scrimmages. Teams will be a mix of the beginner and experienced players.

Although it is not required that you play in the Rec League, it is certainly encouraged.

Rec League

$40 per player

Our Rec Leaue (Recreational Draft League) is our biggest league where teams are electronically drafted to evenly distribute new and experienced players. All ages and skill levels are welcome. This year, we are hoping for 250 registrants and 14 teams!

Your $40 gets you a jersey, a disc, a game every week, and many parties. Meet new people, learn how to play together, and have an absolute blast. This year, we've added an extra week of play!

Team League

Our new coed league where people submit their own teams. Format is 4 men: 3 women. All levels are welcome. Teams are already forming, so start talking.

Team rosters are due by June 1st. All players must be registered in the Rec League. Register by the May 25th deadline.

We will kick off the youth league with a youth ultimate event at Stewart Park during the Ithaca Festival in late June.

The July league schedule, cost, and age range are to be determined. We are gathering volunteers.
